The successful Nightshift Maintenance Electrician will play a key role in maintaining plant equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and supporting continuous improvement across the site during night operations. This role would suit an experienced maintenance electrician who enjoys problem solving, fault finding and working in a fast-paced production environment.

The Role

As Nightshift Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring all electrical systems and equipment operate efficiently during night production.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carry out electrical maintenance on production and plant equipment
• Fault finding and troubleshooting electrical issues to minimise downtime
• Perform preventative and planned maintenance tasks
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the site
• Work closely with production teams to maintain efficient operations
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

The Person

The successful Nightshift Maintenance Electrician will bring strong electrical maintenance experience within a production or industrial environment.

• Qualified Electrician or relevant electrical engineering qualification
• Proven experience in maintenance within a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently during nightshift operations
• Strong awareness of health and safety standards
• Good communication and organisational skills
