We are hiring for our client, a well-established and growing organisation within the manufacturing sector, who are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional to take ownership of high-volume hiring across operational teams, supporting business growth and workforce planning.

 

The Recruitment Officer will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding talent across production and warehouse functions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while driving efficiency and compliance across recruitment processes.

The Role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across production and warehouse teams
  • Support workforce planning and headcount requirements in line with business needs
  • Advertise roles across job boards, social media and recruitment platforms
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
  • Coordinate onboarding, including contracts, documentation and inductions
  • Ensure compliance with right to work checks and recruitment processes
  • Maintain and update HR systems and applicant tracking systems
  • Provide regular recruitment reports, data insights and campaign analysis
  • Attend recruitment events and support employer branding initiatives
  • Work closely with internal teams to plan start dates and workforce requirements
  • Support general HR administration and maintain accurate employee records

 

The Person

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment or HR
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns within a production/customer service environment
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders
  • Experience using HR systems, ATS or recruitment platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Drivers license and access to transport
