Ronan is an experienced senior recruiter and joined the recruitment industry in 2006.

Ronan leads our Executive recruitment and focuses on bespoke headhunting searches for companies seeking Senior Executives and Director level appointments. Ronan's approach is research-led, managing assignments professionally and confidentially.

Ronan established Hunter Savage in 2010 with the goal of providing high-quality recruitment services in niche sectors. He leads the growing team at Hunter Savage and is focused on people development within the business and promoting our company values of high-quality, consultative recruitment services.

Outside of work Ronan enjoys spending time with his family. He enjoys outdoor cooking on his pizza oven and occasionally enjoys sailing and DIY.

Cailim is a Director at Hunter Savage and provides Legal recruitment services for candidates and organisations across Ireland and International markets.

Cailim specialises in placing Partners, Associates, Junior Solicitors and Company Secretaries in Dublin, Cork and Galway as well as London, Australia, Dubai and other International Markets.

Cailim has years of experience operating within the Legal industry and recruits Qualified Legal and Company Secretarial Professionals across a broad remit of sectors including, Legal Practice and Professional Services, Public/ Private, Financial Institutions, Tech, Insurance, Engineering, Media, Pharma and anything in between.

Cailim adopts an honest and friendly approach and partners closely with candidates and clients to provide the best service possible. Prior to working as a Recruiter, Cailim worked within the area of Property Law in one of the UK’s largest firms.

Conor is a Director at Hunter Savage, specialising in Engineering and Operations recruitment across Ireland and the UK.

Conor has been working at a management level for a number of years within the recruitment industry and has strong connections within the wide engineering network across the Island of Ireland with a particular focus on Northern Ireland and the border counties.

Conor recruits at all levels from Operations Director down to Graduate across a number of different industries including manufacturing, FMCG, construction, supply chain & logistics.

Conor adopts an honest and friendly approach and partners closely with candidates and clients to provide the best service possible.

In his spare time, Conor enjoys the outdoors, going on holiday and spending time with his family. As well as this he is a sports fanatic and enjoys watching all sports and playing football and golf at a competitive level.

Stephanie Mulholland is the Commercial Director at Hunter Savage and manages our HR recruitment sector. Stephanie is Northern Ireland’s most experienced HR recruitment specialist with over 20 years of experience.

HR is a close-knit and extremely well-connected sector and Stephanie has a very successful track record in placing candidates at all levels, HR Director, HR Manager/HR Business partner through to advisor, officer and administrator. With strong HR connections across the UK and Ireland, her approach is consultative. Quality and success are key.

Stephanie works in partnership with a wide range of businesses from SME to global multinationals as well as new entrants to the NI market, assisting with recruitment exercises, benchmarking, offering advice on market conditions and providing a confidential, expert, consultative service.

Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, wining and dining, holidaying and going to music and comedy gigs.  An animal lover and complete “Dog Bore”!  Her King Charles Spaniel, Harry, gets treated better than her husband!!

Maggie has worked as a talent sourcing specialist since Hunter Savage was established in 2010.

Maggie has a wealth of experience mapping talent pools across many industry sectors and she manages and coordinates all our resourcing activities to identify potential candidates locally and those seeking relocation to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Maggie holds a BA Hons Degree in Marketing and previously worked in Citibank, Bank of Ireland, and Armagh Down Tourism Partnership.

As a dedicated Legal Recruiter at Hunter Savage, Anna specialises in connecting top legal talent with leading law firms and in-house legal teams across GB. With two years of valuable experience in the dynamic legal market of London, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a robust network to the role. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

Anna's expertise lies in private practice recruitment, where she understand the unique needs of both clients and candidates, ensuring the perfect match for every position. Darren is a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Legal Support across NI and UK, he has over 4 years’ experience working for a Global law firm in Belfast and an additional 2 years working for a Financial Services firm.

Darren graduated from QUB with a 2.1 in Law and a master’s degree in criminal justice and criminology. 

Darren is friendly and honest and he uses this approach to help clients and candidates achieve their professional goals.

In his spare time, Darren enjoys spending time with friends and family and watching/ playing football or going to gym/ for a run.

Dominic is a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the Engineering & Operations team and focuses heavily on Manufacturing. Dominic recruits across ROI & UK for roles including Electronics, Electrical, Design, Automation & Controls across all levels.

Dominic prides himself on delivering exceptional service to both his candidates and clients and offering them honest, sound advice within a very competitive recruitment market.

Outside of recruitment, you will find Dominic going on walks with his wife and his Chocolate Labrador or when Saturday comes around, Goalkeeping for his local football team.

Emma works as a Senior Recruitment Consultant within our Sales & Marketing Team.

Emma is an experienced marketer, having graduated from the University of Ulster with a BA Hons Degree.

Emma was also a Recruitment Consultant for our Dublin Legal recruitment team as well as Digital Marketing Manager for Hunter Savage assisting in the company rebrand. Her insight into recruitment, alongside her marketing experience, works well for her role which she loves.

Specialising in marketing, Emma enjoys placing candidates within a range of technical sales and marketing roles to help our clients acheive growth and increase brand awareness across their business.

In her spare time, Emma loves to spend time with her young daughter, exploring out and about, other than that you will find her on the nearest tennis court.

Eoin is a Managing Consultant specialising in Legal Qualified and Support recruitment working across the Irish market.

Paddy joined Hunter Savage following a successful sales and income revenue position with one of Ireland’s largest amateur sports complexes. Zoey offers a consultative approach to recruitment, ensuring both clients and candidates receive sector expertise combined with market led advice to provide a positive experience.

Outside of recruitment Zoey spends most of her free time with her family, being a taxi service to her teenage sons and walking her little dog Buddy. 

Sorcha is Operations Manager for both our Belfast and Dublin offices and has over 16 years of experience working in the recruitment sector.

Sorcha has a wealth of recruitment experience, and is the company Oracle regarding all things recruitment related!

In her very busy role, Sorcha manages the running of our Belfast and Dublin offices and focuses on providing one-to-one support to our consultants.

Sorcha leads numerous projects across the company to continuously improve the experience our clients and candidates receive. She has expert knowledge of recruitment processes, database management, compliance, finance administration, marketing and advertising.

Grainne works as our Marketing and Business Development Manager.

With over 14 years’ experience in business development, marketing and event management, Grainne has built up substantial experience across several industries.

Grainne has worked with a wide range of businesses from SMEs to large global brands and has experience securing and managing an array of projects.

Grainne is responsible for the communication and business development strategy for the business and supports colleagues to ensure quality service.

In her spare time, Grainne enjoys spending time with family and friends and enjoys walking in the Mournes.

Lynde has been working at Hunter Savage as an Administrator since 2021.

Lynde has experience in Human Resources and is a qualified Psychometrician with an AB in Psychology, which she obtained in the Philippines.

In her role as Administrator, Lynde is a key member of the Business Support Team and assists with a number of administrative projects working alongside the recruitment consultants and marketing team.

Lynde enjoys spending time with her family, and is kept busy with her toddler, Aether. She enjoys outdoor activities including cycling, camping, and visiting the beach. Lynde also loves to learn new things and is a dab hand in the kitchen regularly trying new recipes she can enjoy with the family.
