The Role

Our client, a well?established contractor delivering ESB and utilities infrastructure projects, is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on an ongoing programme of works in County Wexford.

This is a site?based role, overseeing ESB?related works across multiple locations within the county. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day?to?day management of site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and in line with ESB standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day?to?day site operations across ESB and utilities projects
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with ESB standards, permits, RAMS and health & safety requirements
• Liaising with ESB representatives and internal project stakeholders
• Monitoring programme progress and reporting to senior management
• Ensuring quality standards are met and works are delivered to specification
• Maintaining accurate site records and documentation

The Person

• A relevant Irish construction or engineering qualification
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working on ESB or utilities projects
• Proven experience in a Site Manager role within civils or utilities
• Strong knowledge of ESB safety systems and compliance requirements
• Experience managing live construction environments and subcontractor teams
• A full driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites in Wexford

The Package

• Salary €70,000 – €90,000 DOE
