The Role

• Provide holistic financial planning advice to individual and business clients
• Advise on pensions, investments, protection and wealth management solutions
• Build and maintain trusted long-term client relationships
• Conduct regular portfolio and financial planning reviews
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts through excellent service
• Work closely with internal support teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Ensure all advice is delivered in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the advisory team

The Person

• Previous experience working as a Financial Advisor or Financial Planner
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercially minded with a client-focused approach
• Experience managing a portfolio of private clients
• Relevant financial services qualifications are advantageous
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
