We are hiring for our client, a well-established, market-leading manufacturer, who are seeking an experienced Group HR Officer to join their team based in Lisburn, Co. Antrim.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven HR professional to gain exposure across the full HR function within a fast-paced, growing organisation. The Group HR Officer will support the Head of HR and partner with management teams across multiple sites, delivering both operational and strategic HR support.

The Role
- Provide HR advice and support to managers across multiple sites
- Support employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and redundancy
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and update HR policies in line with legislation and best practice
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support culture development
- Support training and development planning across teams
- Maintain HR systems, reports, and time & attendance data
- Produce HR metrics and reports to support decision making
- Assist in the delivery of HR strategy and organisational initiatives
The Person
- CIPD qualified
- 3–5 years’ HR Officer experience, ideally within a production led /manufacturing /engineering /construction /distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of NI employment legislation
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing desirable)
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive, hands-on approach
