The Role:

• Interpret and communicate construction drawings on site
• Setting out and surveying, ensuring precision in lines, levels and reference points
• Follow and influence site programmes to meet project deadlines
• Manage subcontractors, materials and coordination of site activities
• Maintain accurate records, ITPs, as-built drawings and compliance reports
• Champion safety, health, environment and quality standards (SHEQ)
• Guide and support junior staff, building effective working relationships
• Commit to continued professional development and best practice

The Person:

• Degree or equivalent in Construction Engineering & Management (or similar)
• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Engineer on residential builds (commercial experience desirable)
• Proficient in numeracy, IT and MS Office packages
• Full driving licence and relevant site cards required
• Motivated, deadline-driven, and confident in leading site progress
