We are hiring for our client, a leading international law firm, who are seeking a Commercial Real Estate (4+ PQE) to join their highly regarded Dublin team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, high-value real estate transactions in a market-leading practice, with exposure to institutional investors, developers and international clients.

The team operates at the forefront of the Irish real estate market, advising on complex deals across sectors including commercial property, development, infrastructure and renewable energy.

The Role

As a Senior Associate – Commercial Real Estate, you will:

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals and large-scale development projects
• Work with institutional investors, developers and corporate occupiers
• Support on real estate aspects of major corporate and finance transactions
• Act on high-value leasing and asset management work
• Gain exposure to infrastructure and renewable energy projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, construction and corporate

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor (Ireland or other common law jurisdiction)
• 4+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate
• Strong academic background and technical ability
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proven ability to manage transactions and work within a team environment
