The Role:

We are hiring for our client, a design-led interiors business specialising in high-end residential projects, to appoint a Production Manager.

This is a key operational role sitting between design, workshop, and site - ensuring that projects are not only well planned, but delivered smoothly and on time.

You will take ownership of how work flows through the business, from drawings and materials through to finished joinery and installation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Building and managing realistic production plans across multiple live projects
• Ensuring all jobs entering production are fully prepared (drawings, specifications, materials)
• Coordinating closely with the workshop to prioritise and sequence workload effectively

The Person:

The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing, interiors, or fit-out background and understand how projects translate from design into physical output.

You will likely have:

• Experience in joinery, interiors, fit-out, or a project-based manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of how drawings and specifications translate into production
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Confidence working with trades, workshop teams, designers, and site personnel
