We are hiring for our client, a leading commercial law firm, who are seeking a Healthcare Solicitor (1–2 PQE) to join their growing team in Dublin.

This is a standout opportunity to work at the forefront of regulatory, compliance and product liability matters across highly innovative sectors including BioPharma, MedTech, food, cosmetics and digital health.

You’ll advise both Irish and international clients on complex regulatory frameworks, while also gaining exposure to transactional and contentious work.

The Role

As a Healthcare & Life Sciences Solicitor, you will:

• Advise on regulatory compliance across the full product lifecycle
• Support on product classification, authorisation & CE marking (MDR/IVDR)
• Provide guidance on advertising, promotion & industry codes
• Work on market access, pricing & reimbursement strategies
• Advise on GMP, GDP, licensing & supply chain compliance
• Assist with regulatory aspects of corporate transactions
• Support product recall and liability defence matters
• Engage with regulatory bodies such as HPRA, HIQA & HSE

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–2 years’ PQE
• Strong interest in healthcare, regulatory or life sciences
• Excellent academics and technical ability
• Strong attention to detail and research skills
• Clear communicator with a collaborative approach
• Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
