Bids Manager
We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client, a top Irish law firm, who are seeking an experienced Bids Manager to join their Business Development & Marketing team.
This is a key strategic role, offering the opportunity to lead the firm’s bids and tenders function, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive growth through high-quality, competitive submissions.

The Role
- Lead and manage the end-to-end bids and tenders process across the firm
- Work closely with partners and senior stakeholders to develop winning strategies for submissions
- Oversee the preparation of high-quality proposals, presentations, and tender documents
- Manage and develop a centralised content library and bid resources
- Monitor tender opportunities and assess suitability
- Ensure all submissions are compliant, accurate, and delivered to deadline
- Analyse bid performance and implement improvements to enhance win rates
- Support and mentor junior members of the BD and Marketing team
- Collaborate with the wider BD and Marketing function on strategic initiatives
The Person
- Proven experience in a Bids, Tenders, or Proposal Management role, ideally within legal or professional services
- Experience leading or managing the bids function or projects
- Strong understanding of tender processes and best practice
- Excellent written communication and editing skills
- Strong project management and organisational abilities
- Ability to influence and work closely with senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with a strategic approach
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
