The Role:

• Manage and advise on a variety of commercial disputes, including insurance defence matters such as product liability and personal injury claims.
• Represent clients in the retail, construction, insurance, and aviation sectors.
• Work closely with partners and senior solicitors on complex litigation, including large-scale, cross-jurisdictional disputes.
• Gain experience in both contentious insurance-related matters and general commercial litigation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, while contributing to business development efforts.

The Person:

• 2 to 8 years’ PQE in insurance litigation (defence) and commercial litigation.
• Strong academic record and a passion for dispute resolution.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of client service.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
• Ambitious, driven, and looking for career progression within a growing team.
