The Role:

As a Private Equity/M&A Associate Solicitor, you will:

• Lead and support on high-value, complex transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and restructuring.
• Engage in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, investment agreements, and management incentive plans.
• Conduct due diligence and provide strategic advice to clients on corporate and commercial matters.
• Work closely with financial sponsors and private equity firms, building strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team in a fast-paced, transactional environment.

The Person:

To excel in this role, you will need:

• 2+ PQE with a strong background in corporate law, ideally with experience in PE or M&A transactions.
