The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Life & Pensions Administrator to join a well-established and growing financial services brokerage.
The successful candidate will support a team of financial advisors by providing high-quality administrative and client servicing support across pensions, investments, and life assurance cases. The Role
As Life & Pensions Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring new business cases are processed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements. You will liaise with advisors, providers, and clients to ensure applications progress smoothly and service standards remain high.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client records and manage case pipelines using CRM systems.
- Prepare documentation for client meetings including applications and supporting paperwork.
- Support advisors with research across pension, life assurance, and investment products.
- Process new business applications and liaise with life companies to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding application progress.
- Ensure compliance documentation and regulatory requirements are completed accurately.
- Attend team meetings to review ongoing cases and resolve queries collaboratively.
About You
- 1–5 years’ experience in life & pensions administration (ideally within a brokerage).
- QFA qualified or working towards qualification.
- Strong understanding of provider broker portals.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with advisors.
- Motivated to continue professional development.
