The Role

• Provide PA support to partners and senior fee earners within the Banking team
• Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and presentations
• Assist with billing, time recording, and matter administration
• Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks as required

The Person

• Over 2 years’ experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary supporting senior-level fee earners
• Previous experience in Banking or Corporate law is highly desirable
• Strong organisational and diary management skills
• Excellent document production and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• Professional, proactive, and collaborative approach
