We are hiring for our client, a successful, production-led business based in Ashbourne, Co. Meath, North of Dublin.

They are seeking a Temporary HR Officer to support their HR function during a busy period of growth. This is a 6-month fixed term role offering a competitive salary and the chance to contribute meaningfully to daily HR operations across a dynamic site of approximately 90 employees.

The Role:

• 6 month temporary contract offering an immediate start
• Manage and coordinate recruitment and selection processes
• Support onboarding and deliver employee inductions
• Coach and guide managers on day-to-day HR queries
• Handle employee relations issues and support positive engagement
• Maintain and update the North Time Data (NTD) time & attendance system
• Run weekly attendance and HR reports from the NTD system
• Assist with administrative HR tasks and employee file maintenance
• Support the implementation of HR processes and policies site-wide

The Person:

• Previous experience in an HR Officer or generalist HR role
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident managing recruitment and onboarding processes
• Proficient with time & attendance or HR systems (experience with North Time Data is an advantage)
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
