This Residential and Commercial Property Lawyer role offers high-quality, varied property work within a well-regarded regional firm known for strong client relationships and long-term career progression. The successful Residential and Commercial Property Lawyer will manage a mixed caseload across both residential conveyancing and commercial property matters, with autonomy and direct client contact.

Practice Focus

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• High-value residential transactions
• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Development site transactions and secured lending work
• Ongoing client advisory across a diverse property portfolio

Candidate Profile

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with 5+ years’ PQE
• Demonstrable experience across both residential and commercial property
• Strong technical drafting and transactional skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client management
• Desire to build long-term client relationships within the Surrey market

This role would suit an experienced property lawyer seeking quality work, stability and genuine progression outside of Central London, without compromising on sophistication of matters.
