Project Administrator

 

We are hiring for our client, a professional services organisation, to appoint 2 x Project Administrators based in Belfast. This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary and the chance to join a fast-paced, collaborative global project environment.

The successful Project Administrator will support the wider project management team by overseeing high-volume project administration, coordinating data, and ensuring accurate reporting across multiple workstreams. This Project Administrator role is ideal for someone with strong organisational capability who thrives in structured environments and wants a career within a project environment.

Working closely with Project Managers, you will play a key role in maintaining documentation, monitoring responses, supporting stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are met.

The Role

  • Coordinate and maintain high-volume project data and documentation
  • Ensure accuracy in data input and reporting
  • Support with day-to-day project operations
  • Prepare reports, presentations and project documentation
  • Monitor project deadlines and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Identify potential risks and support mitigation planning
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

The Person

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking capability
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and/or project systems
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive, motivated and solutions-focused
  • Able to work collaboratively and independently
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company who are scaling globally. This role may work to global hours – either 5.30am-2pm, or 12pm-8.30pm – three days in the office.
