Requires 4+ years’ experience as a Legal PA or senior Legal Secretary
The Role

Provide high-level PA and administrative support to partners and fee earners in the Employment Law team
-
Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
-
Draft, prepare, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations
-
Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
-
Assist with billing, time recording, and matter management
-
Coordinate deadlines and support the team with day-to-day operations
-
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
The Person
-
Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Legal PA or senior Legal Secretary within a busy law firm
-
Previous experience supporting senior-level stakeholders is essential
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-
High attention to detail and strong document production skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
-
Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
