The Role

Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the office

Manage incoming phone calls and direct queries appropriately

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries

Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area

Provide general administrative support to the legal team

Assist with filing, document handling, and office administration as required
The Person

Previous reception or administrative experience, ideally within a professional services environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Professional, friendly, and client-focused approach

Ability to multitask and manage a busy front-of-house environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office
