We are hiring for our client, a global professional services firm, who are seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to join their high-performing Dublin office.

The successful Finance Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders, driving financial performance, ensuring robust financial control and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

The Role:
• Act as a key Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders, supporting commercial decision-making and financial performance
• Drive improvements in billing, profitability, working capital and financial efficiency
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Oversee financial control, ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements
• Manage financial reporting, statutory accounts and liaison with auditors and advisors
• Monitor and improve financial hygiene metrics including WIP, debt and cash collection
• Prepare and review business cases for strategic initiatives and senior hires
• Manage cash flow, treasury and banking relationships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Strategy, BD and other support functions
• Lead, develop and mentor the local finance team
• Continuously review and improve financial processes and controls
The Person:
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role
• Proven ability to business partner with senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
• Experience within professional services or a complex, matrix environment is advantageous
• Strong understanding of financial control, compliance and reporting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
