Business Development Manager
We are supporting our client in the recruitment of a newly created Business Development Manager to join a high-performing commercial team.
This is a senior leadership role where you will drive sustainable and profitable growth by developing long-term partnerships, unlocking new income opportunities, and delivering on ambitious commercial targets. The Role:
- Deliver a robust business growth agenda and drive lead generation
- Build, manage, and strengthen key partnerships and accounts
- Ensure excellent customer service through strong communication, administration, and contract management
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, meeting scope, deadlines, and budget
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align objectives and drive outcomes
- Track KPIs and reporting
- Resolve challenges through negotiation, motivation, and leadership
The Person:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial or B2B sales role with a strong record of success
- Strategic and commercially minded with excellent business acumen
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to lead initiatives, manage projects, and deliver results
- IT proficient
- Proactive, driven, results-focused, and able to work independently

You will be expected to attend the Dublin office on a regular basis, with a flexible schedule that allows you to manage your own working pattern. A personal vehicle is required for travel, and mileage expenses will be reimbursed.
