The Role:

Advise on construction and infrastructure projects (commercial, public, energy, etc.)

Draft and negotiate standard form and bespoke construction contracts

Advise on risk, procurement, and project structuring

Represent clients in adjudication, arbitration, and litigation
-
Work closely with clients including developers, contractors, consultants, and state bodies
The Person:
-
Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years PQE in construction law (contentious or advisory)

Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g. FIDIC, RIAI, NEC, etc.)

Experience working with large commercial clients or infrastructure projects
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ambitious, collaborative, and keen to work in a high-performing team
