The Role

  • Provide general administrative support to a business unit
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling and correspondence
  • Raising and posting sales invoices
  • Reviewing outstanding queries and assisting with purchase invoices
  • Corresponding with banks regarding information and data requirement
  • Prepare reports and reviewing cashflow for client business documents
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations

The Person

  • Previous administrative experience (1+ years) in a professional environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to contribute to team success
