The Role

  • Provide company secretarial support to partners and senior fee earners across a diverse client portfolio
  • Assist with the preparation of board and committee documentation, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions
  • Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with the Companies Act
  • Handle filings with the CRO and other regulatory bodies
  • Support corporate governance matters and best practice frameworks
  • Manage company documentation, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date filing
  • Liaise with clients, external advisors, and internal teams as needed

The Person

  • Previous Company Secretarial experience within a legal or professional services environment
  • ICSA qualified or actively pursuing qualification
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and statutory compliance
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Professional, proactive, and able to work independently
