The Role:
As a Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional legal services to clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting letters, court documents, and settlement agreements.
- Conducting thorough legal and factual research, including case law analysis.
- Supporting senior team members on complex or high-value disputes.
- Managing your own caseload and achieving results for clients while meeting budgetary targets.

- Qualified Solicitor: Newly Qualified to 2 years’ PQE.

- Skills: Strong research and writing skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in IT systems, including document and data management tools.
