We are hiring on behalf of our client for an exciting Sales Manager role based in Newry, with flexible hybrid working options available. This role is central to driving revenue growth and executing strategic sales initiatives across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and Great Britain.

 

As a Sales Manager, you will actively pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients and strategic partners, and lead the charge in delivering on ambitious sales targets. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a strong background in sales or account management.

The Role:

 

  • Actively sell and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide basic oversight to two sales coordinators, with a focus on supporting inbound sales while you lead the charge on new business generation.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with new and existing clients and strategic partners to foster long-term growth.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and communicate results to senior management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and Great Britain.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

 

 

The Person:

 

  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Highly motivated and organised, with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Confident communicator, capable of engaging with senior management and clients alike.
