We are hiring for our client, a leading organisation operating a modern, automated facility in North Dublin. Due to continued investment and operational growth, they are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. This Maintenance Technician position offers the opportunity to work Monday–Friday on dayshift only, supporting cutting-edge equipment within a highly efficient production environment.

The Role:

• Provide planned and reactive maintenance support across highly automated production equipment
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and implement improvements to reduce downtime
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability projects within the facility
• Perform routine inspections, machine condition checks, and optimise equipment performance
• Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations and safe working practices
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support adherence to site standards and compliance

The Person:

• Holds a relevant engineering qualification
• Proven experience in a maintenance role within a production or manufacturing setting
• Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively to a wider engineering team
• A proactive mindset with commitment to health, safety, and continuous improvement
