Description

We are hiring for our client, a highly respected construction consultancy, who are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Belfast team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the commercial, hospitality, education, and public sectors — from project inception through to completion.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering cost management and consultancy services, while developing strong relationships with clients, contractors, and design teams.

The Role

• Prepare and manage pre-contract cost plans and estimates
• Provide monthly cost reports and project updates
• Advise on and prepare procurement and tender documentation
• Deliver comprehensive post-contract cost management services
• Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and contractor relationships

The Person

• BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• RICS membership or working towards Chartered status
• Proven experience in a similar Quantity Surveyor role
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and compliance
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
• Confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
