Facilities Administrator

We are hiring for our client, a leading professional services firm, to appoint a Facilities Administrator to join their Belfast office on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

This role will support the day-to-day running of a busy Facilities function, ensuring the office environment operates smoothly and efficiently. The successful Facilities Administrator will play a key role across mailroom services, meeting room coordination, reprographics, office operations and wider workplace support activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a proactive approach who enjoys a varied, hands-on role within a professional environment.

  2. 8.30am - 4.30pm (35 hour week)
  3. Salary £25,000 per annum  

The Role

  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, courier and delivery services
  • Support meeting room setup, hospitality and office coordination
  • Carry out high-volume printing, scanning, binding and reprographics support
  • Maintain office stock levels including stationery and catering supplies
  • Support health & safety inspections and workplace procedures
  • Assist with onboarding, office moves and workplace setup
  • Provide general facilities and operational support across the office
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal teams
  • Support reception cover where required
  • Identify opportunities to improve workplace processes and efficiency

The Person

  • Previous experience within an office, facilities or workplace support role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Proactive, flexible and hands-on approach
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage workload in a busy environment
  • Good IT skills and confidence using office systems
  • Professional and reliable with understanding of confidentiality
