Facilities Administrator
We are hiring for our client, a leading professional services firm, to appoint a Facilities Administrator to join their Belfast office on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
This role will support the day-to-day running of a busy Facilities function, ensuring the office environment operates smoothly and efficiently. The successful Facilities Administrator will play a key role across mailroom services, meeting room coordination, reprographics, office operations and wider workplace support activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a proactive approach who enjoys a varied, hands-on role within a professional environment.

- 6 month fixed term contract
- 8.30am - 4.30pm (35 hour week)
- Salary £25,000 per annum
The Role
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, courier and delivery services
- Support meeting room setup, hospitality and office coordination
- Carry out high-volume printing, scanning, binding and reprographics support
- Maintain office stock levels including stationery and catering supplies
- Support health & safety inspections and workplace procedures
- Assist with onboarding, office moves and workplace setup
- Provide general facilities and operational support across the office
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Support reception cover where required
- Identify opportunities to improve workplace processes and efficiency
The Person
- Previous experience within an office, facilities or workplace support role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Proactive, flexible and hands-on approach
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage workload in a busy environment
- Good IT skills and confidence using office systems
- Professional and reliable with understanding of confidentiality
