We are hiring for our client, an award-winning construction company delivering high-quality public, commercial, education and heritage projects across Northern Ireland and the border counties. Due to continued growth, they are seeking Quantity Surveyors to join their team in Tyrone.

The Role:

• Manage project costs and commercial reporting
• Procure and administer subcontract packages
• Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts
• Support site teams and ensure contract compliance
• Work closely with the Commercial Manager throughout project lifecycles
• Assist in delivering strong commercial outcomes across multiple projects

The Person:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
• 1+ years’ experience for junior level / 5+ years for senior level
• Experience working with a building contractor
• Background across commercial, residential or healthcare projects
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
• Strong Excel, communication and organisational skills
• Full UK/ROI driving licence and willingness to travel across NI/ROI projects
