We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded and growing financial planning business, who are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join their Dublin-based team. This Financial Advisor role offers the opportunity to inherit and manage an established client portfolio while also developing new business opportunities across wealth management and financial planning.

The successful Financial Advisor will provide tailored, independent advice to clients across pensions, investments, protection and broader financial planning needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded advisor who enjoys building long-term client relationships and wants autonomy, flexibility and strong earning potential within a supportive environment.

The Role:

• Provide high-quality financial planning advice in line with Central Bank regulations and best practice standards
• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients across pensions, investments and protection
• Build long-term client relationships through a proactive and consultative approach
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking and existing relationships
• Conduct detailed financial research and analysis to deliver tailored financial solutions
• Maintain accurate client records, recommendations and suitability documentation
• Stay up to date with market trends, legislation and regulatory developments
• Contribute to wider business growth and client asset development initiatives

The Person:

• Proven experience working as a Financial Advisor within wealth management or financial planning
• Strong track record of managing and growing client relationships and portfolios
• QFA qualified (CFP qualification advantageous)
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and financial planning
• Commercially aware with strong business development capability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, professional and client-focused approach
• Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
