The Role:

• Manage Mechanical and MEP projects from inception through to completion
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and programme targets are achieved
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Monitor commercial performance, reporting, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and health & safety standards
• Support project planning, procurement, and operational delivery across Greater Dublin sites

The Person:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Contracts Manager
• Strong understanding of contracts and relevant industry regulations
• Previous Mechanical or MEP project experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in cost reporting
• Organised, solutions-focused, and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Full clean UK/ROI driving licence with flexibility to travel
