We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded Irish law firm, who are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join their established property team in Dublin or Cork. This is a senior-level opportunity offering exposure to complex, high-value residential and commercial property work across Ireland.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners on significant transactions, advising a broad mix of private and public sector clients. This role suits a commercially minded solicitor who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and working as part of a collaborative team.

The Role

• Advise on residential and commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development

• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, licences, easements and development agreements

• Review title, manage due diligence and oversee complex conveyancing matters

• Support property development projects from early-stage through to completion

• Manage files independently while contributing to wider team-led projects

• Work closely with clients, agents, consultants and other professional advisors

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in property law

• Strong technical knowledge across residential and commercial property

• Confident managing complex matters with minimal supervision

• Commercially astute with strong drafting and negotiation skills

• Proactive, organised and comfortable working directly with clients

• A collaborative team player with ambition to progress
