The Role

• Drive standardization of operational practices to streamline and enhance customer experience within our NPI processes
• Deliver change by influencing teams where process standardization is essential, optimizing workflows, and collaboration across teams
• Responsible for the customer onboarding experience associated with short timeline, high volume projects
• Establish metrics (KPIs) and measurable goals which affirms the optimal effectiveness of the NPI process
• Be familiar and knowledgeable with various aspects of product engineering to translate commercial concepts and designs into production ready solutions

The Person

• Degree in an Engineering related subject
• 7 experience years in a similar role i.e. operations, design engineering, npi, projects
• Demonstrated leadership of highly effective teams
• Excellent knowledge of lean manufacturing
