The Role:

As an International Account Manager, your core responsibilities will include the day-to-day servicing of client insurance programmes, renewal management, obtaining quotations, and liaising with clients and insurers. You will work closely with Account Executives and Senior Account Managers, managing large and international client accounts. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing clients with comprehensive and accurate policy documentation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships and servicing existing insurance programmes.

  • Obtaining quotations for new and renewal business.

  • Preparation of market and client documentation.

  • Managing and resolving any queries or issues with policy coverage.

  • Coordinating with global insurance programmes and working with an international producer network.

  • Identifying opportunities for business development and risk management solutions.

The Person:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in commercial or corporate insurance across multiple lines, including property, business interruption, liability, financial lines, and motor.

  • Experience working with large, international clients and managing global insurance programmes.

  • Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues.

  • A comprehensive understanding of insurance products and services.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret claims experiences and data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software applications.
