We are hiring for our client, a leading commercial law practice in Dublin, seeking an Employment Associate to join their highly regarded Employment team. The Employment team advises across multiple sectors, providing both contentious and non-contentious support, making this role ideal for a motivated solicitor looking to develop their career in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

The Role:
• Advise employers on the full spectrum of employment law matters, from recruitment to exit
• Provide guidance on employment risk management during corporate transactions and TUPE
• Represent clients before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and Civil Courts
• Draft and advise on employment contracts, restrictive covenants, disciplinary processes, pensions, and statutory entitlements
• Support day-to-day HR and employee relations matters
• Collaborate with colleagues across Employment, Corporate, and Commercial teams

The Person:
• 3–5 years PQE in employment law, contentious and non-contentious
• Experience with both public and private sector clients, gained in a legal practice or in-house
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with excellent drafting and communication abilities
• Proactive, motivated, and committed to professional growth
• Interest in business development and leading file work
