The Role:

• Advising on structured finance and project finance transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex financial agreements
• Supporting clients in energy, infrastructure, and real estate sectors
• Providing legal insight on risk analysis, regulatory issues, and financing structures
• Collaborating with colleagues across multiple practice areas on cross-border deals

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years’ PQE in project finance, banking, or similar area
• Experience in complex structured finance and project finance transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage high-value deals and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, commercially minded, and solutions-driven
