We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee production, design, and installation teams, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across all functions.

The Opportunity – Lead End-to-End Operations

You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of all operational functions, including design, manufacturing, and installation. The Operations Manager will work closely with senior management to shape strategy, optimise performance, and ensure the delivery of world-class products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Drive process improvements across quality, safety, and productivity
• Lead, coach, and develop operational teams and supervisors
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
• Support new systems, layouts, and technologies to improve efficiency

The Person - A Proven People Leader

We’re seeking a strong communicator and strategic thinker who can motivate teams, manage change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

You will have:

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing or operations management
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven ability to deliver process and performance improvements
• Knowledge of Lean, CI, or similar methodologies
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• A third-level qualification in Business or a Technical discipline is desirable, as is experience managing multi-shift teams in a manufacturing setting.
