We are hiring for our client, a leading financial planning firm, who are seeking a Financial Adviser to join their expanding Belfast team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career adviser to provide holistic financial advice to an established client bank, with full administrative and compliance support.
As a Financial Adviser, you will deliver tailored financial planning solutions across pensions, investments, and protection, while maintaining high compliance and service standards in line with The Openwork Partnership framework.

The Role
- Provide regulated financial advice in line with The Openwork Partnership and company standards
- Manage an existing client portfolio, conducting annual reviews and maintaining strong client relationships
- Deliver holistic advice across pensions, investments, and protection products
- Identify new business opportunities and referral potential within the client base
- Ensure all advice is compliant, well-documented, and aligned with Consumer Duty principles
- Collaborate with central administration teams to ensure efficient case management
- Maintain accurate client records and contribute to firm-wide goals and objectives
The Person
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) – essential
- Minimum 18 months’ experience delivering regulated financial advice
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, taxation, and protection
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Organised, proactive, and committed to providing outstanding client service
- Experience within The Openwork Partnership – desirable but not essential

- £35,000 per annum base salary
