We are hiring for our client, a leading Irish law firm based in Dublin, with offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. They are seeking a motivated Senior Associate to join their Health & Prosecutions team. This is a permanent role with an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing and dynamic team. The Role:

As a Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in a team that handles its own advocacy, providing a unique perspective in case preparation and client advice. You will:

  • Advise on healthcare law, child protection law, and regulatory prosecutions.

  • Deliver tailored legal training, workshops, and webinars for professionals.

  • Represent various statutory authorities, including child protection agencies, healthcare providers, and local authorities.

  • Take a hands-on approach in advocacy, with the potential for court appearances.

The Person:

  • Experience: 4+ PQE in a related practice area, with a strong background in litigation, child protection, healthcare law, or prosecutions.

  • Qualifications: Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland, England, or Wales.

  • Skills: A team player, able to collaborate with multiple teams across the firm. Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver legal training when required.

  • Advocacy: Experience in court advocacy is preferred but not essential.
