We are hiring on behalf of our client for an exciting NPD Co-Ordinator opportunity based in County Meath, Ireland.

This NPD Co-Ordinator role offers the chance to join a well-established FMCG business, working across a portfolio of well-known household brands. Youll play a pivotal role in coordinating New Product Development projects from concept through to launch, ensuring critical paths are managed, stakeholders remain aligned and products are successfully delivered to market.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with project coordination or NPD experience looking to further develop their career within a fast-paced commercial environment while working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Technical, Operations and Sales.

The Role

  • Coordinate multiple New Product Development projects from concept through to successful product launch.
  • Build and manage project plans, critical paths and action trackers to ensure launch deadlines are achieved.
  • Work closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to develop and prioritise the NPD pipeline.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes and drive actions through to completion.
  • Manage stage-gate governance, ensuring project briefs, business cases and approvals are completed on time.
  • Act as the key point of contact across Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Technical and Finance.
  • Coordinate product specifications, item code creation and master data management.
  • Support packaging development by coordinating artwork briefs, reviews and approvals.
  • Organise product samples, factory trials and customer evaluations.
  • Support successful product launches by working alongside National Accounts and Field Sales teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement across NPD processes, templates and project tracking tools.

The Person

  • 2-4 years experience coordinating projects within FMCG, manufacturing, retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience within New Product Development or Innovation would be highly desirable.
  • Excellent project planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing project plans, critical paths and action logs.
  • Excellent attention to detail with experience coordinating specifications and master data.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, organised and solutions-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.

The Reward

  • Salary circa €50,000
  • 10% performance-related bonus
