The Role:

• Lead financial restructuring engagements including liquidity reviews and independent business reviews (IBRs).
• Advise clients on cash preservation, performance improvement, and turnaround strategies.
• Support negotiations with key stakeholders such as lenders, investors, and management teams.
• Conduct diagnostics and execute performance improvement workstreams.
• Manage insolvency processes, including liquidations, receiverships, and examinerships.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

The Person:

• Essential: Chartered Accountant or equivalent, with strong financial analysis and restructuring experience.
• Skills: Experience in managing complex restructuring assignments, operational turnarounds, and stakeholder engagement.
• Competencies: Strong project management skills, interpersonal communication, and the ability to work under pressure.
