An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a market-leading Technology team in Dublin.

This role is ideal for an NQ with a strong interest in technology and innovation, offering a particular focus on FinTech, alongside exposure to a broad range of general technology and corporate-related work.

The Role

You will work on high-quality, complex matters for domestic and international clients across a range of sectors, including financial services, technology, and digital innovation. The role will involve:

• Advising on FinTech and financial services regulatory matters

• Drafting and negotiating technology and commercial agreements

• Advising on data protection and GDPR compliance

• Supporting on matters relating to AI, emerging technologies and digital regulation

• Working on product development, licensing and commercialisation

• Assisting on corporate transactions where technology and innovation are central

This role offers excellent breadth, combining specialist technology work with a corporate and commercial overlap, making it a strong platform for long-term career development.

The Ideal Candidate

• Newly Qualified Solicitor (or qualifying shortly)

• Demonstrable interest in Technology and/or FinTech

• Training seat or exposure in tech, corporate, commercial or regulatory teams

• Commercially minded with strong drafting and communication skills

• Keen to develop a specialist practice while maintaining broad experience
