The Role:

• Advising clients on technology, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and data protection law
• Drafting and negotiating complex IT, software, and outsourcing agreements
• Assisting with regulatory compliance, including GDPR and data privacy laws
• Providing strategic legal advice to high-profile clients, including multinational technology companies and financial institutions
• Collaborating with partners and key stakeholders to drive innovation in legal solutions

The Person:

• 3-6 years’ PQE with experience in technology law, data protection, or commercial contracts
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, IT contracts, and technology-related regulatory frameworks
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team-focused environment
• Interest in emerging technology trends and their legal implications
