The Role:

• Advise clients on a wide range of matters in technology, commercial contracts, data privacy, and IP

• Work with leading international companies in the technology sector, including advising on technology-related transactions and contentious matters

• Provide innovative, practical legal solutions to clients on emerging tech issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless legal support

The Person:

• 2+ years PQE, ideally gained within a large, medium, or boutique law firm or in-house

• Strong expertise in technology law, including IP, data privacy, and commercial contracts

• A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to manage complex legal issues

• Exceptional communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
