The Role

• Advising clients on technology contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and data protection laws.
• Working on high-value commercial technology agreements, including SaaS, cloud computing, and AI licensing.
• Providing legal counsel on cybersecurity, fintech, and digital transformation projects.
• Assisting with data protection, GDPR compliance, and risk management for leading tech companies.
• Engaging in thought leadership on AI, blockchain, and emerging tech trends.

The Person

• 3-6 years’ PQE in technology law, data protection, or commercial contracts within a leading law firm.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, AI regulations, intellectual property, and tech-driven legal challenges.
• Experience advising startups, multinational tech companies, or financial services on digital innovation.
• Commercially focused, with the ability to manage complex legal agreements.
• Passionate about the evolving tech, fintech, and innovation landscape.
