An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate specialising in Commercial, Technology, and Digital Regulation to join a fast-growing international firm in Dublin.

You’ll work across a range of cutting-edge industries, advising leading clients on complex commercial, data protection, and digital regulation matters. This role offers exposure to cross-border projects, high-calibre work, and strong career progression within a collaborative, global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial contracts, particularly those involving IP, technology, and digital services

• Provide commercial and regulatory advice to clients in technology, media, entertainment, and life sciences sectors

• Advise on data protection and digital regulation compliance

• Support clients in their interactions with regulators

• Collaborate with colleagues across Europe and globally on cross-border matters

• Contribute to business development and support the ongoing growth of the Dublin practice

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial, Technology or Digital Regulation law

• Strong experience advising on complex commercial and technology contracts

• Proven track record in data protection and regulatory matters

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a practical, commercial mindset

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a global team

• Enthusiastic about emerging technology, innovation, and digital transformation
