The Role

• Advise on structured finance and capital markets matters including CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, and other securitisation structures.

• Act for leading international financial institutions, arrangers, originators, and asset managers.

• Support the execution of complex structured products such as fund-linked notes, repackagings, and lending platforms.

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including offering circulars, loan agreements, and security documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-jurisdictional teams on multi-disciplinary mandates across the finance practice.

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years’ PQE in structured finance, debt capital markets, or a closely related finance practice.

• Experience gained within a Top 5 Irish law firm, Magic Circle firm, or an equivalent top-tier international practice.

• Strong drafting and analytical skills with excellent commercial awareness.

• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Confident communicator with strong client relationship management skills.
