The Role:

As a Solicitor in the Commercial Property team, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including Landlord & Tenant issues, property acquisitions, and disposals.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
• Conduct due diligence, including title investigations and searches.
• Liaise with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Stay updated on changes in property law and regulations to provide accurate and current advice.

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years PQE in Commercial Property law.
• Proven experience in Landlord & Tenant matters and property Sales & Purchases.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• A proactive and organised approach to managing a busy caseload.
