The Role:

• Manage daily site operations for fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, including inductions and toolbox talks
• Monitor timelines, proactively addressing issues or delays
• Liaise with project managers, designers, architects, and clients
• Maintain site documentation including progress reports and safety records
• Oversee quality control to ensure high standards are achieved
• Order and manage materials efficiently
• Provide updates at site meetings and ensure tidy, secure work sites

The Person:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Foreman (Fit-Out)
• Strong eye for detail with the ability to interpret technical drawings
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Health & Safety focused with IT literacy
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel weekly across NI, UK, and ROI
